Preparing food and cooking is the literal expression of my ‘too many pies’. The breakfast smoothie looked splendid this morning, so C took these photos for me.
In this smoothie:
- frozen blueberries
- fresh strawberries
- bananas
- Barambah bush honey yoghurt
- honey
- pomegranate juice
Buzz in a jug and voila! Drink and chew on a handful of almonds and walnuts.
